Magnoware is dedicated to protecting your privacy thanks to child monitoring software under all circumstances. You and your software only communicate with Magnoware in the following ways:
1. When you purchase your software.
During the purchasing of any Magnoware product, customers are required to create an account, if they do not already have one, during which personally identifiable information will be gathered. During the software ordering process, 128-bit SSL encryption is used to process the transaction. Credit card information is kept encrypted and secure at all times, and is processed through a merchant account and validated using a merchant gateway.
2. When you register your software.
During the software registration process, absolutely no information about your computer is transmitted to Magnoware. The software registration process is designed to prevent unauthorized and unlicensed use of Magnoware software. Note: Registration of Magnoware DataTrack System does not require internet connectivity.
3. When you update your software.
During the automatic software update process, which updates your software to the latest version, only your software version is transmitted to Magnoware. This allows for the software to determine whether an update may be applied.
4. When you submit feedback.
When you submit feedback regarding any Magnoware product, we ask that you specify your email address so as to allow us to contact you. We shall not use your email address for anything other than providing you with a reply to your feedback.
Magnoware WILL NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, SELL, RENT, OR LEASE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES.
